well my game crashed again so heres my log

Which prisoner transport system do you use? Was it the regular LSPDFR one or the UltimateBackup P.Transport?

 

Also, how often does this crash happen? And when it crashes, what were you doing before it/during the crash?

I used ultimate backup prison transport

no, I keep the prison transport car the same and I was just arresting an NPC 

Try doing a fresh re-install of UltimateBackup. Sometimes my UltimateBackup bugs out too and found that a fresh reinstall works sometimes.
