I don't know were to get one that's for "Freemode MP Male", but I have used a Marine ped for a while that replaces the Black ops ped(s)... There is both Marpat options you can use... It replaces "Blackops_1" and "Blackops_2" I believe. Its in the S peds when you use a trainer.
