The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

I’ve had problem ever sense I’ve got LSPDFR with white cars, the texture seems to be way to bright during the day/evening time. I have RadianceV installed but I haven’t seen anyone else with this issue
