I have downloaded the Sheriff's Office pack from, State Wide's Pack and when i tried starting GTA it would Crash on the loading screen.

Did you install a custom gameconfig, and its requirements?

For safekeeping, attach your RagePluginHook log - a text document found in your main directory.

Could you:
A) Link the pack.
B) Provide a screenshot of your dlclist.xml.

If there is an issue in your mods folder, no log contains information as to what that is.

All you can do is revert your recent changes.

Should that not prove successful, you'll need to make a new mods folder.
