The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Are you able to launch regular GTA and load in game and move your character around? If no try to rename your mods folder to "_mods"

    yes i already updated mods folder name.

    Before you do that, you should try removing dinput8.dll.

    This is a diagnostic step, temporarily disabling all your .asi scripts.
