The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

when you enter or exit the garage?

    The problem was that Player Location Display - does not work well and because of this,

    in some places there are zones where if you get there, you fly out of the game
