The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

I need help, my game keeps on crashing when it gets to "Loading and Population Game World". i only have rage installed. I've deleted my mods folder.

then you completely have to reinstall ragepluginhook.exe and its components, if it STILL crashes after that, completely reinstall LSPDFR, test it and come back here

If it still crashes it's something internal in GTA 5, might as well just reinstall gta 5 in full

also if you have any plugins, best to move them somewhere else so they dont activate, 

same as scripts for scriptdotnet
