So for me personally I seem to have this thing where Rockstar Launcher has to run as Administrator, In doing that RAGE will not hook to GTA V at all it will say Insufficient Permissions or either a slow system, I know for a fact my system is not a slow system. I've tried uninstalling it and re-installing it, Tried putting it in a different directory all still the same issue, Re-installed the game itself twice. Turning off run as Administrator does not do anything it just causes GTA not to open at all it gives me the Social Club Error 1014.
Any help would be much appreciated, I'm really in need of using RAGE right now lol.

So I had the same problem first time launching RAGE like a week ago, tried everything just like you. 

Question, how do you launch RAGE? Cause I tried first launching Rockstar launcher and then RAGE and nothing. But then tried to first launch RAGE and it works perfectly from now on it launches the game automatically.

I tried both methods, Neither seem to work. It's odd.
