Game crashed when starting up

Downloaded everything according to the instructions on the website, also launched the game. But in the end, every time when launching RagePluginHook, the game crashes

The game stops running even before the story mode loads. Are you getting any error messages or error screens?

What error do you get? Can you send me a screen shot please? If not, could you tell me what error message appears?
