I've been putting replacement vehicles inside of a replacement vehicles pack instead of patchday. I did this to keep everything together so I could find them all if needed. Is there anything wrong with doing this? All I'm doing is going to vehicles.rpf and dragging and dropping the files in. The pack has it's own vehicles.meta and all that stuff but I didnt mess with it. The game now has horrible texture loss. Should I move them all to the latest patchday or do I need to keep the pack vehicles in the pack and move the ones i added to patchday? 

It isn't bad. For texture loss, set Main.PreloadAllModels in your lspdfr.ini to false.

I dont use lspdfr just SP mods. I cant even drive in the city because of how bad the texture loss is. The road turns invisible. It does it in the desert too but not as bad. I see a bunch of fixes for lspdfr online so I might try installing lspdfr just to see if I can fix it. The game is unplayable. 

LSPDFR is only singleplayer....

No I didnt install lspdfr. I dont even know what it is i always thought it was like fivem but for police roleplay stuff. I wiped my mods folder and I'm starting over. I had too many large replace vehicles installed.

It's more common than you think. The fivem community is small and sucky, so fivem folks come over here asking for help because people actually respond.  Wish management would forbid fivem content on this site.  It was started for singleplayer content and should remain as such. fivem has its own community, not our problem if that community is bad.

No I'm asking for help with SP mods. I didnt know lspdfr was a SP mod. I've never used lspdfr or fivem. I ask for help here because nobody responds on gta5mods.com. 

 

Unrelated, but I'm trying to install rage plugin hook and its saying my game version isnt supported. Its saying I'm using v2545 and the supported game version is v2372. Do they not update rage plugin hook or is this an issue with my game? I tried to install this a while ago and it said the same thing. I'm using the newest version if gta5.

You need to install RAGE from the LSPDFR Manual install; not the RAGE install on the website as it is not the updated copy.

Im really confused. I need to install lspdfr to use rage? I did not do what you said because I dont have lspfr.

Yes. RAGE comes with LSPDFR.

I found what you were talking about thank you. The install said it was successful but I cant open rage in game. I set the key to F10 because the default is F4 which a lot of menus already use. When I press F10 in game nothing happens. Same with F4. Is it supposed to open a menu? Do I need to enable the plugins before starting the game or something?

 

I found out I need to have rage.exe running while the game is running. 

 

Edit2: rage wont launch the game. It just says "this is taking longer than usual" and nothing happens. Epic says the game is running but it never opens. I'm running rage as admin, I'm also running gta5 and rockstar as admin. 

 

Edit3: I got it to work by opening rage on the loading screen of gtav. It wouldn't work if I was already in the game.
