The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Have disabled all av and "Real time protection is off"

Am running rage with admin privileges 

 

Searched online and not found a solution that works. 

 

Never had any older version installed, no other mods - and downloaded and run  installer fresh today.

    Don't disable your antivirus...just make an exception instead.

    Also, install LSPDFR manually, not automatically.

    Once the aforementioned have been amended, give it another try.

    Did as you suggested above.

    Exact same thing again. Log attached. 

    Please confirm you have not:

    a) got 2 directories with the same name 

    b) kept the GTAV directory with its original name (the one with LSPDFR)
