Are there any mods that keep vehicles from slowing down when coasting?

I'm perfectly fine with the vehicle handling already in the game. I have top speed and acceleration and all that already set up the way I want. I just dont like how the cars slow down so much when you let off on the acceleration. I would like to be able to coast my car down a hill without it coming to a complete stop so fast. I have an addon vehicle that does this so I know it's possible. I would just like for it to be that way with every vehicle. Are there any mods that do this?
