Thank you; you've got an error coming from RageNativeUI though, it is up to date.

Please go to GTAV/Plugins and rename your LSPDFR folder to _LSPDFR then, retry.

My problem is gone for now. When i drag and drop stop the ped plugin this causing crash. I edited xml file of stop the ped for my add-on coroner. I think plugin owner must update her/him plugin for fix this problem. 

Something is going wrong with RageNativeUI like I said, but it is up to date.

With this in mind, I'd join their official Discord server, where they will most likely be able to assist you further.
