Well then, since I couldn't find one, I may as well start one. I am going to build from scratch an International 4900 Series Plow for use in GTA IV. It will be able to use EPM and the livery will be part of a "Police Traffic Unit" and I will be posting all progress on it here. The model that I am basing it off of is in the link bellow. If there are any suggestions or hints in making it, I would love to hear them.
