Most likely the problem is due to one or more plug-ins as I notice that many are backward:

Try deleting obsolete plug-ins and updating those that require it;
plugin to remove:

  • PoliceSmartRadio
  • Traffic Policer
  • XScanner

plugin to update:

  • FBI Callouts to the version 2.0.0.0 BETA ⇇ This plug-in is a BETA version which means it is still under development and may still have problems,so if it gets in the way of your game, I recommend that you remove it.
