Emergency Lighting Bug

Lately I've been trying to fix this bug but nothing is working for me.
Note I'm using ELS for the cars I use. But evetime I hit key binds numbers 1-3 after hitting key bind J, the police car begins to act buggy and changes colors red or yellow

evetime I hit key binds 1-3 for the emergency lights, and the color tires smoke would be red or yellow, I've even made sure it wasn't the only car that was being buggy and reinstalled the cars into Open IV but it didn't work, but turns out it was all of the cars that I hop in was being buggy after using those key binds. And I noticed every time I hit key binds J and 1-3 on the top left

corner it would say that I changed the car color or tire smoke as if I was in a customs outlet. Does anybody know how to fix this problem??
