hey lads long time lurker here, sorry for the 10 billionth 'why am i crashing' post but i really need help

like the title says i clean installed GTA and LSPDFR and every time i try launch through RAGE GTA crashes pretty much as soon as it opens, i HAVE had LSPDFR and GTA installed before but i dont know how that might be effecting it?? i get a crash report (which ill put below) saying "no plugins loaded at time of crash" or something to that affect
