car not spawning

Hey, I was working on this 3d module tundra2022, Not my first car to convert but this one wont spawn in game no matter what i have done, I have made the polys down to 400pl and file size to almost 10mb, still car wont spawn i have added all the LOD, like bodyshell, misc's windows etc. only way I had to car spawn is with adding some of the main bodyshell to rc_arch_2a rc is the car name. This way worked but you have to go to the garage to make the car fully spawn.

I have noticed some cars has a file size of 15mb and sometimes even more with total poly's of 600k-900k and still spawn.
