I was looking for a the NYPD sprinter model but it seems like no one made one for GTA5.
And therefore, I hope someone could make one for GTA5.

ELS/Non-ELS would be fine cuz those rotator Vision needs Non-ELS carcols anyways.

In addition, an addon pack for installation would be perfect for people who already had cars that uses custom Carcols.

    I could create this vehicle for you. Only thing you need is what you want on it and if their is a free model i could use or if you want a custom one (requires a fee) and I could make it for free for you just a $5 fee for zmodeler.

    Well, thank you for your offer but I am no longer interested to request someone else to make a custom vehicle.
