The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Das System kann die angegebene Datei nicht finden.โ ย Lade mal CalloutInterface nochmal runter und platziere die CalloutInterfaceAPI.dll in deinem GTA Verzeichnis. -

After a few tries BattlEye came up with Blocked loading of file: "C:\Windows\System32\d3dcompiler_43.dll which made me think is this corrupt. Anyway i went into my other HD found the D3DComplier_43 copied and paste and boom GTA now works.ย -
