The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

EDIT: If you stumble upon this and have this issue,I am just now using an alternative scripthook program located here: 

 

 

says it in the title, whenever I launch the game Scripthook never works and I have failed to find any other person with this issue and its driving me nuts .I know this isn't an LSPDFR specific issue but I'm running out of options.

    Right from the scripthook provider, anyhow I'm going to close this for now as I have found an alternative solution using a different scripthook. I have had this issue with RDR2,and the solution to that was getting rid of scripthook.net, however that did not work for GTA5.
