Add on vehicles recognized but not spawning

I added some add-on police cars, and I renamed them. I renamed everything in carvariations.meta and vehicles.meta (ex. police8 to cvpi11) . And the game does recognize the vehicles as add-ons but whenever I try to load it no matter rage menu or a trainer, it always says the model failed to load. Only one of the vehicles spawn it with no problem, and now another police add-on pack models aren't loading either even though I never even messed with the pack.
