The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

do you have modded vehicles or scripthookV?

i assume you do, correct?

your log files show no evidence of a crash 

which means its a memory glitch

which modded vehicles and scripthookV incite
