November 26, 201213 yr I dont know how to start highway patrol like catching speeders on the highway how do i do that? i tried using the ny state troop tahoe and just sat on the highway some place but how do i start the radar and all that? ik you press alt+p to be a cop...................

November 26, 201213 yr Thats IV Dashcam. Look it up on here... Download. To use it in game Press ALt D and use the num pad to move the circle around! Good luck!
