GTA5 crashing on starpup

Hello guys
I have a problem. GTA5 crashing. I still don't understand why. I uninstalled GTA5 a few day ago. Installed it, download LSPDFR, ScriptHookV and dlc car pack (and els plugin of course) (I used it a few days ago, everything was okay). I installed it everything correct: installed two limit adjuster for dlc cars, gameconfig for dlc cars.
BUT
When a load game with RPH it crashing. RPH shows me message that "game has crashed"

I tired of this s**t, I need community's help

I used to play gta5 with lspdfr for 1-2 years. I know basic things about dlc cars, basic plugins (els, scripthookv, callouts)

A few day ago I deleted GTA5, than installed it again, and here I go

GTA5 loading okay. I can play without any problems in story mod (I mean without lspdfr/dlc cars or other mods). But RPH ruining my heart ahahahaha

But I just want to play lspdfr :((((

So when you rename your mods folder to _mods what happens?

well, it helps 

but now my game don't see dlc pack :_)

 I just installed the same dlc pack (I put it in correct place, edit dlclist etc) but TrainerV says that "Slot(number) disabled"

Yes. We disabled your mods folder, therefore the issue is in there.

Revert your recent changes, re-enable it, then retry.

Ahhh, okay. I forget about this ":D

Well, I don't remember what was my last changes, so I deleted mods folder, verify game through EGS, create mods folder again and copied "update" and "x64" folders to mods folder
Than everything is working correctly!!
