I downloaded Trooper Charles Mass state police uniforms pack for EUP 8.2 from his patreon. I was able to install the uniforms and I myself can wear them in game just fine. I spent hours editing ultimate backups uniforms in the custom and default regions XMLs. However in the eup menu the uniform component called "undercoat" is where you get the duty belt for the MSP. This item does not exist in the UltimateBackup XMLs and thus I cannot change it to the correct model so the Peds look fine besides that their waist is kinda invisible and they have some wack t shirt on that clips through their uniform.  I also have no Idea how to change it in the lspdfr agency.xml as it uses scripted preset outfits and isn't as easily customizable. as UltimateBackup and EUP. any help would be greatly appreciated and I hope I am posting in the correct forum.

 

PS: I installed a mod that makes UlimateBackup pick from EUP uniforms, which is why I am able to base my changes off of what model # and texture # is selected in the EUP menu.
