The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

I do not know if it is too late but I have a problem with esl because I can not start the panel and in all uploaded vehicles only the rear lights are lit, all cars I uploaded with the note els

    Make sure ScriptHookV is installed.

    If it isn't, then make a note to actually read the install instructions. 🙂
