Plugins Not Showing!

Recently, I Installed Lspdfr, And A Bunch of plugins like Fbi callouts, Ultimate Backup etc, And While trying to load rageHook, It Only shows the Lspdfr Plugin, What do i do?

They aren't loaded through RAGE, they are LSPDFR Plugins. 

Therefore, they will load when you go on duty.

Oh!!! Ok, Then How do I Load them, And where do I Place them, And Which File Should I Place! Im too confused.

The installs will have readmes for installation, read them.
