The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Sirens dont activate

There are two possable fixes to this. First of all be sure you put the ELS Files inside the els folder. To do this copy the els file from the pack and place it in the els pack default folder. The other issue could be you insalled a siren, and the siren was too big. That will also cause a issue like this. 

Try both fixes and let me know if you manage to fix it.

I have not downloaded els.I didnt know that is required that will probably be the solution thank so much.
