When i try and load into LSPDFR (even when i use run as administrator or don't) LSPDFR or RPH crashes about 15 seconds into the game loading. Even when i try and load gta v story mode , the game itself crashes. i will leave my rph log and pictures of my gta v main directory and plugins/lspdfr folder just in case. ALL HELP IS GREATLY APPRECIATED <3.

Nevertheless, as it crashes without RAGE, the issue isn't with that nor plugins.

Rename your mods folder to _mods and retry.

that seems to stop the crashing , but all my vehicle mods have reset to the vanilla ones?

This means the issue is in your mods folder.

Before reverting your recent changes, I'd make sure you have a Heap / Packfile Adjuster installed & a custom gameconfig.

Also you might one too check your els folders to. Like take them out and see if it runs and if it does then one of your files in your els folders has gone bad. Happened to me 

The issue is with the mods folder in this case, not ELS folders! 😄
