Fresh install and here what I get. Tried reinstalling and no change. Any thoughts?

It's frustrating that streamers are continuing to play. Not sure how.

One thing I read said that you can spam the enter key on startup, I tried it but everything was moving slow.

If I run as admin and get that strange page of code, I can hit Enter all I want. It just makes the whole thing disappear. Then nothing.
