Civilians Not Pulling Over

Featured Replies

So, I've recently noticed that whenever I try to pull a civilian over, they just crash into everything? I've tried reporting that they are running, but when I hold B to report it, it doesn't register that they are trying to get away, and whenever I get out of my vehicle it says traffic stop cancelled and they continue to drive normally. I see them on a street, blip them, and they drive recklessly. I'm not sure if this is a part of the mod, or if its glitched due to a plugin because this has never happened before. Please help!
