I'm trying to install lspdfr for the first time (with the setup) with no other mods (there was 2/3 cars but i think i deleted all).
When i try to lauch the game, it blocks here: "Thread CopManager #1 initialized". It didn't progress for 10mins.

    Also THIS IS IMPORTANT!!! : You have to finish the prologue in GTA V STORY MODE, and finish the first Frankling and Lamar mission, or else LSPDFR won't work!!!

    The prologue is long done and i've uninstalled it number of times already... I don't think it's a problem with installing it manually or not so i'll wait to see if i have an other idea before trying that

    I see that you've installed GTA V through Steam, maybe you have some missing files? (i'm not an expert) Go to GTA V on Steam and select properties and go to > Local Files > Verify integrity of game files... Let it run for some time as it takes time. I don't know if it's gonna help but give it a try. (unless you've already reinstalled the entire game and the problem still persists)

    If the issue persists go into the RAGE settings and set it to load no plugins on startup.

    Then in-game open the RAGE console and load LSPDFR through there

     

    To access RAGE settings launch RAGE and hold down shift immediately for about 4 seconds. In the settings there's a tab called Plugins. Select "Don't load any plugins on startup". Once in-game without any plugins, press F4 to open the in-game console, type: "LoadAllPlugins".
