How to make lights work on police transport replacement?

Featured Replies

I replaced the police transport van with a police pickup truck, just because I was tired of looking at the vanilla police van, and the replacement works fine but the lights dont work. The headlights and brake lights work fine it's the rest of the lights that dont work. The replacement is non ELS. Its showing the lights from the vanilla model and the siren works it just doesnt light up the light bar on the truck. Would it be easy to make the lights on the truck work? It came with some meta files but I didn't bother installing them because they usually break the game and I dont really care about being able to open the truck bed and all that stuff. I read on another thread that you can get it to work by doing something in carvariations.meta but I'm not sure if that would work for my specific replacement since it's the police van.

The replacement truck wasnt meant to replace the van I just named it policet so that it would. I know this isn't really the proper way to do it but it's all about looks I dont care about driving it.
