Pressing "Y" to accept a callout does nothing, any ideas what could be causing this?

If you cannot accept calls with y, then it is possible that the y key is not associated with call acceptance: go to Settings / LSPDFR / Keys and within the screen check which key is associated with the affected command

The key is set to y, any idea what else could be causing it?

 

Have you tried reinstalling LSPDFR? If you haven't, try it

Now i also cant pull vehicles over 😞

Do you have additional plugins besides lspdfr?
I haven't encountered this problem, so I think it's your thing

yeah, i have backweapon, eup menu, spotlight, and NightYields Traffic Block

Do you have a mods folder?
If so, try disabling it, renaming it, for example, to _mods.
If the problem persists also try to disable the Plugins folder in _Plugins;
in this way we will better understand if one of these plugins is preventing the correct functioning of LSPDFR
