First of all thanks in advance for any response.

I have experienced a few issues with my GTA IV 1.0.4.0 version, however I was unable to fix it so far.

1. I am using the WTC Mod for 1.0.4.0 and everything is fine, but since I added this mod, for some weird reasons, the railing of the subway entrances are gone, along with the stairs near the entrance. I am 100% sure, it was installed correctly, but this issue only present with this mod.
2. I am using an 1988 Car Mod Pack, however, I have the taxi issue and already tried multiple mods to get this, the only one that nearly worked was the Real Traffic mod, others like Traffic Flow or RIL Budgeted simply failed to work and I had the same issues.

Other than that everything is fine. 

Wondering how could I eliminate these issues?

sup, ik this is late but if you use custom vehicles it make your game crash more as it decreases the stability. another reason why this might be happening is because the amount of mods you have installed too.

i would also personally use the 1070 patch instead of 1040.
