LSPDFR keeps crashing

LSPDFR keeps crashing at random times, one time while I was in garage, once while reading keybinds, and one time while simply parked. rage only crashed with the garage one, and now this one where I was just parked. Here's my rage log, not sure if it'll help. Here is also a list of mods I installed recently. The following list was added before all the crashing happened..
In order first to last: Fast Draw 1.2, Spotlight 1.3, Custom Pullover 1.1.01, BVA V2.01, Accuracy Fix 1.1, Cop Holster Release, Richs Police Enhancements V1.54 (deleted assuming it was the problem), Better Emergency Lights 1.6, Lighting Effects Overhaul, AR15, Glock Mod, RGSv4, and Modern Siren pack.
