The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Hey there,
I downloaded LSPDFR again today but i have got a liitle bit trouble with it.. I downloaded a lot of callouts but no one works..  
I installed everything right and even the standard callouts dont work. I need help please

    Verify that you have not set call deactivation from the lspdfr menu.
    If the calls are activated from the menu, let me know what value is set in the Callouts.Multiplier option;

    you can find it inside the lspdfr.ini file, located inside the lspdfr folder
