The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Helloo, i have a problem, when i start rage plugin hook at a time its “Freezed“ there stands lspdfr is loaded the ring is spinning but nothing happens, the music is still playing but the “pictures“ are not changing pls help mee

I assume that the problem you are experiencing may be related to the following, as it is a known problem:
from the link I'm forwarding to you, locate the following line:

LSPDFR takes too long to load and I get a black screen, or RAGEPluginHook stops it from loading (terminated because it caused the game to freeze) and follow the resolution procedure.

In case the problem continues to occur, please forward me your Rageplugnhook.log file
