I notice that you have installed some outdated plugins;
remove:

• TrafficCallouts
• VariousCallouts

and update:

• CalloutPack to the version 2.1.0.0
• PursuitPack to the version 0.5.0.0 (if you haven't the latest)

Why is VariousCallouts out of date?

It is for 0.4.9, available on Modification Universe.

I will try as you suggest. But, how can you identify problematic plugins? Please teach me

You don't need to remove Various Callouts.

How to download? Do I need to subscribe to an account first? Because it states I do not have permission to download the plugin and can you teach me how to identify problems in ragehook logs?

Yes, you need to register.

And no, sorry, I cannot teach you how to read logs, but the best place to start would be taking a look at logs yourself, and FAQ's.

I have registered but still do not have permission to download.
And I will try to understand about the log.

This issue was resolved after I reported the problem to them.
