Hello.
I just downloaded ELS and now I want to download els vehicles. 
I follow the instruction very carefully and there is a problem (or not) that i need your help about it.

I use  This mod, I downloaded the Non DLC file.

If I follow the instruction there should be after mods>update>x64 and the rest but on my pc there is no x64 and just "Update.rpf"

If anyway I click on the "update.rpf" there is x64 and the rest... should I continue there or no?

because the problem is when I eventually get to "Vehicles.rpf" I dont find any police car files that i can replace it with the ELS one.
