Officers wearing weird masks

Featured Replies

Hello guys,

I don't know why this happens, but as you can see in the screenshot all officers in the game are wearing these weird masks.
Does anybody know how to solve this problem?

Do you have a custom UB config installed?

Yes, I do.

Because if you do, that's probably at fault.

How can I fix that?

You want to go into the UB config files using Edit mode in OpenIV (CustomRegions.xml). From here, you want to go to whichever department spawns with these masks (in this case LSPD), go down to peds, and look for comp_beard="1" (the number determines what they wear). Delete that, and if there is a tex_beards="1" (determines texture), you can delete that too.
