UPDATE: So if I change my "Mods" folder to "_Mods", the game and plugins will upload just fine BUT none of my vehicle mods are in game... anybody experience this?? Cant spawn any of my vehicles.

Try to erase everything that is inside the commandline file (.txt), a file that is located inside the root folder of GTA 5; At this point, save your changes and close the file. If the problem persists, disable the mods folder, renaming it differently, for example in _mods (in case you created one)

As your issue is your mods folder, can you confirm that you have a custom gameconfig & a packfile/heap adjuster installed?

so i erased everything in the commandline file and it got me a a little further to the loading story mode then crashed. If i rename my mods folder to _Mods the game works but none of my vehicles are in game. So do I have to make a new mods folder and add cars again? Custom gameconfig and packfile/heap adjuster have been installed. Thanks for your help.
