I just came home from overseas this week and updated everything for lspdfr after i saw there was a gta update while i was away. i updated gta, lspdfr, the update.rpf in open iv, and all of my plugins that had new versions and i cant even get the game to start, it crashes on startup everytime. what else could i be missing to cause this? thanks

If you have a mods folder, rename it to _mods

it launched after i did that. does that mean one of the mods is bad?

Maybe. In any case I advise you, before locating the defective mod, to recreate from scratch the mods folder, which in many cases is solved with this step

made a new mods folder and now im getting a corrupt game data message

At this point there is some mod inside that folder that does not want to know to work. Check the mods you have installed inside one by one and locate the corrupt one; often the problem is due to one or more vehicles, but that of course what you have installed in that folder.
