rph cant detect gta5 game instance

rph keeps trying to launch the game as it cant somehow detect that gta5 is running already. ive tried running before and during the game but it still tries to launch the game. I have 2 drives and rph and the game is not on where the windows files are installed so idk if this affects it. (lspd is also installed in the same folder as the game but idk it affects much as rph cant hook in the first place). rph command lines already have force dx11 and in windowed mode. it may be my mcafee antivirus but i can only whitelist specific files like exe and dll so idk which dll lets rph detect game instance. heres the log.
