This should be the cause

[8/21/2021 11:36:45 PM.225] Command line option "disableCustomLoadingScreen-disableCustomLoadingScreen-disableCustomLoadingScreen-disableCustomLoadingScreen" is specified twice. Please remove one.

But I dont know how to remove the command line

To remove those words, head to the main GTA 5 folder and locate a text file called commandline (.txt). Open the file, remove everything inside, save the changes and close the file. Check if the problem is solved. If you continue to have the same problem please forward the Ragepluginhook.log file (also located inside the main GTA 5 folder)

Cheers. I've found another way to fix it, is to start game on its own and hook RPH. Thanks anyway
