ELS Siren Issue (xbox one controller)

For some reason when I press down on the dpad on stage 3 lights, I get 2 sirens instead of 1, which is annoying as when I cycle the siren only one of them cycles and not both, plus having 2 overlapping sirens is annoying. The only way around this is to enable my siren on stage 2 lights, then switch to stage 3, problem then is I cant turn off both of the sirens without turning off my lights again, as pressing down on the dpad just cycles between the two sirens if that makes sense. Anyone else had this issue/know of a fix?
