The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Okay, so here's my situation. I recently uninstalled gta V as well as LSPDFR. I wanted to get back into it, so I reinstalled it via steam. After installing RPH and LSPDFR, all the goods, I launched RPH and it told me that my game version was not supported. While on youtube, I got my hands on a link for the correct files from update 2245. However, whenever I launch it, and it loads, it sits on the loading screen. I tried reinstalling multiple times and nothing worked. I also tried verifying my game files through steam and then reverting them back in RPH. That also did not work.
