Having an issue with the throwable life preserver being equipped when I'm just doing regular call outs and not coastal callouts. Any time I have to interact with a suspect or enemy the life preserver is equipped and I can't switch weapons unless I go into the coastal callouts menu and unequip it. It happens every call after unequipping it as well
