The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

I've been getting this crash after installing something. Can someone help me figure out what happened?

I do have some custom clothing models installed, Realistic Driving V, and some other mods that do stuff and a car pack.
